A Night to Remember...

Our 2nd Annual Banquet Fundraiser on October 27th, 2017, in Worthington was a wonderful success!  A huge thank you to everyone who helped to make it a night to remember.  Thank you to all who attended and donated to support the clinic.  Your dollars will help pay for supplies, tests, medication assistance and many other patient related services.
