When Father Jim Callahan founded the free clinic, he planted a seed of love and healing in our community. Since his recent passing, we’ve heard from many of you — neighbors, patients, volunteers, and donors — who are grateful for the care they received and eager to see his work continue.

We want you to know: the clinic is alive and well. And we are more committed than ever to living out Father Jim’s values — welcoming all, offering care with dignity, and building a healthier community together.

The Clinic Today

​We rely on the community for the nearly $350,000 it takes to fuel our mission.  Your support makes this (and much more) possible:

• In April, 26 women received free mammograms through our partnership with SAGE and Sanford Health

• Ongoing one to one Diabetes Education Sessions

• Weekly Chronic Disease Management Follow up

• In June, we’ll host a diabetes screening event in partnership with Sanford to reach new patients and follow up with those with prediabetes

• Each week, 80+ patients seek care, screenings, education, and support from our small but mighty team

We are open to serve you:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Fridays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Location: 616 11th St. Worthington, MN

No insurance required. Services are free and confidential.
